Terms of service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of Zakazano websites and the Merchant App (including legenwaitforit.dev and zakazano.app). By creating an Account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. The service

Zakazano provides software for service businesses to manage scheduling, clients, team operations, and connected messaging channels such as Instagram. Features may change as we develop the product.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your Account and for Staff Users you invite. Only an Owner (or authorized roles we designate) may connect integrations, change billing, or deactivate the Account.

4. Merchant responsibilities

You are responsible for the services you offer, your pricing, availability, client communications, and compliance with laws that apply to your business. You must have a lawful basis to store client data and message customers through connected channels.

5. Instagram and Meta integrations

If you connect Instagram, you authorize Zakazano to receive and process messaging data via Meta’s APIs and webhooks for your Account Inbox. You must comply with Meta’s Platform Terms, Instagram terms, and messaging policies. You may disconnect the channel at any time in settings. We may suspend a channel connection if Meta revokes access or if continued use would violate platform rules.

6. Scheduling Assistant and AI processing

An Owner may enable an optional Scheduling Assistant that automatically replies to scheduling-related messages on connected channels.

Enablement requires an AI processing acknowledgment on the Account. By that acknowledgment, you accept that Channel Message content may be processed by the Scheduling Assistant and its model provider (currently Vertex Gemini) for scheduling, as described in the Privacy Policy.

You remain responsible for a lawful basis to message customers, for assistant settings (display name, tone, handoff), and for disabling the assistant when you no longer want automated replies. Staff may take over a Conversation in the Inbox; disabling the assistant stops new automated AI replies.

The assistant may make mistakes or hand Conversations to a human. Customer confirmation is required before create, reschedule, or cancel through the assistant.

7. Service limitations

Zakazano does not guarantee delivery of third-party platform messages (including Meta/Instagram), uninterrupted operation, or error-free service. Availability also depends on Meta, the network, your channel configuration, and, when the assistant is enabled, model-provider availability.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, probe or disrupt systems, scrape without permission, send spam or unlawful messages, infringe others’ rights, or attempt to access data that is not yours.

9. Intellectual property

Zakazano and its branding, software, and content remain our property or that of our licensors. You retain rights to your business content and client data you submit.

10. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zakazano is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from use of the service or third-party platforms. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim, or €100 if you paid nothing.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Zakazano at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, legal risk, non-payment (when fees apply), or to protect the platform.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
