Zakazano is for salon, hair, and beauty studio owners. See upcoming and previous appointments on one calendar. Instagram and Messenger messages become appointments on that calendar.
The client stays in the thread. The scheduling assistant shows as Guzonja. You can always take over the conversation. WhatsApp is the next channel and is not live. We work from Belgrade. The product name is Zakazano.
