Who is Zakazano for?
Salon, hair, and beauty studio owners who need a Calendar of upcoming and previous Appointments, a team, and Clients.
Does the Client stay on Instagram?
Yes. Booking can finish in an Instagram or Messenger thread. The Client does not have to open another site.
Which Channels work now?
Instagram and Messenger. WhatsApp is the next Channel. It is not live on this homepage.
Can I reply myself?
Yes. Take over the conversation in Shared Inbox. The Scheduling Assistant stays quiet until you return control.
What about reminders?
We send reminders before the Appointment, on the same Channel when we can, otherwise by email.
How long does setup take?
Most salons finish initial setup in 10–15 minutes. You can add details later.
Does the Scheduling Assistant use AI?
Yes. It uses a language model for the first reply. It shows as Guzonja. You can always take over the thread.
Do I need a credit card?
No. You can start without a card and without commitment.
